A young girl with impaired mobility writes a letter to the Daily Planet asking Superman to take her to the fair. Soon, the girl disappears, and her mother believes Superman has kidnapped her. In truth, a criminal accidentally called her earlier and some other criminals are trying to get the information from that call.
