The issue of Superman fathering a child has been one of some debate. Some writers have attempted to establish Kryptonian and Terran DNA as incompatible (such as in Lois & Clark: The New Adventures of Superman, for example). Others have skirted over the details and written stories that have no problem with the idea of a Kryptonian and human having biological offspring.
Superman has also fathered children with women of other races. Kryptonian primarily, but also other super-powered beings such as Wonder Woman. And, although she was unsuccessful, Maxima (an Almeracian) tried for years to make Superman her mate with strong suggestions that she carry his child.

In Zack Snyder's Justice League (2021), a pregnancy test is shown in a drawer in Lois Lane's apartment, and towards the end of the movie, she is shown carrying a baby basket, with Bruce Wayne personally congratulating Clark on the baby's arrival. In an interview, Zack Snyder confirmed that Lois was indeed pregnant with Superman's son and his Justice League trilogy would've ended with their son (who would be named after Bruce to commemorate his sacrifice in the final battle against Darkseid) following in his father and namesake's footsteps to become a superhero himself.
